  CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP. INCLUDING UNWRAPPING SEALED FOOD CONTAINERS.
  
  Paid over $100+ for a supposedly 2.7 pound crab and noodles. Got two thirds of a crab ! (missing parts to make a whole crab) that was only 13cm wide. Called up the manager to be told they can cook an extra crab claw. Seriously what's wrong with these people. I wanted the a 2.7 pound crab I paid for not a crab claw as replacement. We ended up keeping the tiny partial crab as the drive back would be 1hr round trip. We advise them that what they're doing is not right by offering something that won't even equal to what we paid for and if they do that to customers they won't come back. The restaurant managers response to that is it does not matter whether we come back or not.
  
  I would think twice about ordering or eating there in the future as they have unknowingly now lost a regular customer.

  I was a little hesitant at first but food was really good. The XO lobster noodle was my favorite dish. If you're looking for an immaculately clean place, then this is not for you. But I found the less than tidy interior is how you know the food is probably gonna be good. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a new spot to try.

  I went 8 years ago, was very disappointed with the quality but so glad I decided to try again.
  They've gone strength to strength and I was really impressed. Had chicken feet, amazing prawn dumplings and sticky rice, all yummy!

  First of all, extremely hard to find parking on the street in the area. I had my car parked 2 streets away from the restaurant.
  Overall, the food was okay but not outstanding or authentic. The price slightly lower than other restaurants (nearby), but the food taste is pretty normal. I visited here due to the other dim sum place was fully booked then I was thinking to give it a try. The waitress and waiter were very helpful and attentive to the customer. The only thing I was unhappy with the cashier, I hardly understand the English she spoke and she was a bit rude when I asked again. The restaurant only accepts Cash, no card payment.
  *By the way, I don't see any CASH ONLY sign near the payment counter. So I am not sure what they expect the customer to know about that.

  After reading through some of the negative reviews, I just wanted to add that this restaurant isn't trying to keep up with the times. They don't spend much effort on the vibe, so you're not paying for trendy cutlery and decor. I definitely am fond on these places, reminds me of the Chinese restaurants my parents used to take me to. Don't expect much service, don't expect much English, don't expect to pay in card.
  This place serves delicious food at fair prices. Their portion sizes are generous too.

  Horrible take-away order service. We got home to our family with the $290 '1 lobster and noodle' and everyone was excited and shocked; shocked to find out that there were shells in the takeaway box of the lobster that were empty. We thought the meat of the lobster had fallen out of the shells and into the box, but there were no sign of them. 4 pieces of shells with the length and width of 9x5cm had no meat on them and were no where to be found. We could have bought 26 regular size pizza with that much money. We're so disappointed with this. I've been saving money to treat my family for weeks and this is the biggest crap straight up.
  
  Will NEVER go here again.
