  Agrer with mel. Albeit family run, terrible, terrible service..rude if anything. Very unprofessional and lack basic customer/clientele etiquette. We had 4 property managers within 1.5 years of residence at the same place. And each time, the new manager would have no clue what they are doing. Filed many letters on fixing our house but never was it accommodated. Very unpleasant to deal with these people.
  
  Unfortunate for us to have come across them. I would recommend anyone to stay away.
